2. REPORT OF

FINDINGS

30-45 minute appointment

An explanation of what’s going on and why, any lifestyle factors that contribute, discussion of your treatment plan including expected timeline and number of adjustments.

We specialise with creating long-term changes in your body and we teach you about your body to reduce your likelihood of further episodes.

We can also work with you for pain-based care where you’ll just have enough treatments to get you out of a single pain episode.

3. ADJUSTMENTS

Routinely 15mins, 30 mins are available if suitable.

Adjustments are your chiropractic treatments where we start getting your pain levels down and restoring your movement.

Short term we prioritise reducing pain and inflammation, and after that’s under control we address the long term strength and stability.

For long term goals, we add in regular reviews to ensure everything is on track and often involve sports therapy as part of rehabilation.
