Sports Massage Therapy is all about tight muscles. It’s massage of the deeper tissues and knots (trigger point therapy).

Massage gets you feeling better by changing blood flow, improving drainage of the area and stretching the muscle fibres.

This includes a brief history, and checkover of your muscles before getting straight into massage. We can discuss whether you want one off massages, or whether you want to work towards a bigger goal.

Aftercare looks different for everybody, whether that’s drinking more water, or showing you how to stretch a muscle. We do want everyone to leave feeling more confident in their body, with more understanding of what’s going on, and some tools for self management.
