HOW DOES IT WORK?
It’s a monthly payment that loads onto your account at the start of the month, for you to use at whichever frequency suits you best. These are the most common memberships, but we can do a bespoke package for your needs.
ROUTINE TREATMENTS:
Interchangeable across:
Routine adjustments, Sports massage 45mins, Sports Therapy 30mins, 1:1 Movement Therapy 45mins
Each treatment goes from £48 to £40.
EXTENDED TREATMENTS:
Interchangeable across:
30min Adjustments, 60min Sports therapy, 2:1 Movement therapy
Each treatment goes from £68 to £60.

HOW DO I JOIN?
There are two forms you’ll need to print, complete and return paper copies to clinic. We do have copies in clinic if you don’t have a printer at home. Simply complete these forms and bring them into clinic, and we’ll do the rest
Direct Debit Form
This lets us set up the direct debit with your bank.
We’ll need your:
● Name of account holder
● Account Number
● Sort Code
● Bank name (address of bank is not necessary)
● Signature, Name and Date
