HOME ADVICE

New client movement therapy assessment

INTRODUCTION

45 Minute appointment including discussion of case and goals.

This includes a history, setting your goals and expectations for your sessions, movement examination of and discussion of what you want to get out of this. We include your preferences, as we know you need to like what you’re doing for it to be sustainable - whether that’s more strength focus, or more yoga focused.

We will take you through some flow sequences, movement patterns and find out where your strengths and weaknesses are, so that we can target what your body will benefit the most from.

1:1 SESSIONS

45 minute appointments

Specially crafted plans that’s going to help you build strength and mobility in a way that suits your body and your preferences. These are on a 1:1 basis, taking into account your goals and preferences. Whether you want to focus on yoga and mindfulness, weight management, get confident on how to move or lift, or strengthen and stabilise your body.

2:1 SESSIONS

For you and a friend

We also offer 2:1 sessions for you plus whoever you choose to bring along with you. Please note you will need individual assessments before going ahead with a 2:1.

To teach you self maintenance

We can discuss little tweaks or big changes you can make at home, to keep up your good work in between. This can be anything from food, water, sleep, exercises, step counts, breathing pattern, strength exercises, yoga moves and more.
