Knee Pain

Knee pain can be caused by structural issue or mechanical issues. Structural includes the parts inside the knee such as the meniscus, cartilage, fat pads or ligaments. Mechanical means it is coming from the alignment and control of the knee, which is usually due to a hip or ankle weakness or restriction.
